In September of 2000, took place the
25th Brazilian Championship of Cocktails
and Ypióca was champion in the category
Tropical Drinks with Cachaça, conquering
the 1st place with the cocktail "Morretano"..
Coquetel Morretano                                     
 
Ingredients:
5,0cl of Cachaça SAPUPARA
6,0cl of pineapple juice
5,0cl of coconut milk
4,0cl of condensed milk of strawberry
1,0cl of grenadine
 
Caipirinha                             
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:
1 dose of Cachaça Ypióca
1 lime of fine peel
2 spoons of sugar

How to prepare:
Hold the lime with the cable upward.
Cut it in the middle
Remove the white part of the inside and despise it.
Cut the lime in slices.
Put the cocktail in glass " old-fashioned ", beginning for the slices of lime.
Add sugar and crush it with a pestle.
Add Cachaça Ypióca and mix, involving the lime with the liquid.
Complete with pricked ice, shake well and enjoy it!

 
Batida of Passion fruit      
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:
06 passion fruits
sugar as wish
300ml of Cachaça Ypióca.

How to Prepare:
Hold the passion fruit, remove its inside part, and place it in the blender. Add sugar and Cachaça Ypióca, and mix during a few minutes. Filter and serve with ice.

Batida of Orange               
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:
100 ml of Cachaça Ypióca.
1 cup of orange juice
sugar as wish

How to prepare:
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes and shake during some seconds. Serve in a cocktail glass.

Batida of Grape                    
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:
100 ml of Cachaça Ypióca
1 cup of grape juice
sugar as wish

How to prepare:
Place the grape juice and the Cachaça Ypióca in a jar. Add sugar as wish, ice cubes and shake well. Filter and serve in a cocktail glass.

Batida of Pineapple               
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:
1 cup of pineapple juice
½ cup of Cachaça Ypióca
Sugar as wish

How to prepare:
Place all ingredients in the blender and shake well. Serve very cold.

Batida ofCoconut                 
                                                                                                                      

Ingredients:
1 small glass of coconut milk
1 can of condensed milk
2 times the same measure of water
2 times the same measure of Cachaça Ypióca

How to prepare:
Mix all ingredients and shake in the blender. Serve very cold in a cocktail glass.

Batida of Apple                   
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:
1 ½ doses Cachaça Ypióca
1 dose of apple juice
¼ dose of lime juice
Sugar as wish

How to prepare:
Mix well all ingredients and serve it in a glass for appetiser with plenty of ice.
P.S.:
1) for the apple juice, cut the fruit in medium pieces and shake them in the blender with some water.
2) the lemon juice impedes that the apple juice get darken.

 
Batida of Tangerine          
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Cachaça Ypióca
1 cup of tangerine juice
Sugar as wish

How to Prepare:
Place, in a cocktail shaker, the Cachaça Ypióca, the tangerine juice and sugar. Add cubes of ice and shake well. Filter and serve in a glass previously cold.


Batida of Peach                     
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients
1 cup of peach juice
½ cup of Cachaça Ypióca
Sugar as wish

How to prepare:
Place the peach juice, the Cachaça Ypióca and the sugar in a cocktail shaker. Add cubes of ice and shake well. Filter and serve in a glass previously cold.

 
Batida of Strawberry           
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:
1 cup of strawberry pulp
3 spoons (of soup) of condensed milk
1 cup of Cachaça Ypióca or ½ cup of Ypióca and ½ of water

How to Prepare:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix it.
Serve with ice cubes or leave it in the refrigerator until the moment to drink.

 
Batida of Papaya                   
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:
1 cup of cut small squares of papaya
½ cup of Cachaça Ypióca
1 spoon (of tea) of lime juice
sugar as wish

How to prepare:
Put the papaya, Cachaça Ypióca and the lemon juice in the blender, add sugar and shake well. Serve with ice in cocktail glass.

Batida of Banana                  
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 cup of Cachaça Ypióca
½ cup of condensed milk

How to prepare:
Place the bananas, the Cachaça Ypióca and the milk condensed in the blender, add ice cubes and shake well. Remove and serve it in cocktail glass.

Batida of Tomato                  
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:
1 cup of tomato juice
1/2 cup of Cachaça Ypióca
a pinch of salt and pepper

How to prepare:
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and add ice cubes. Shake well and filter for a cocktail glass.

Batida of Coffee                     
                                                                                                                      


Ingredients:
½ cup of Cachaça Ypióca
1 coffee cup
½ cup of cream milk
4 spoons (of soup) of sugar

How to prepare:
Place all ingredients in a jar. Add ice cubes, shake well and serve in a cocktail glass.
