The unique culture, tradition, and folklore of the State of Ceará are visibly printed on the packaging of Ypióca products. The refined artisan work in the straw wrapping of the bottles reveals the great taste hiding within the Ypióca products. Over 7,000 artisans employ their talent on Ypióca products and benefit themselves from the success of a company that doesn't stop growing nationally and worldwide. Creating jobs generating resources, and cherishing dreams is part of the company's philosophy: tradition in quality is not merely a synonym of excellence in production, it is also quality of life and knowing how to enjoy it. It's a blend of quality, art and love that makes Ypióca the most beloved Cachaça in Brazil; not only the flavour of its superior "Cachaça", it’s the company commitment to its
people.

Part of the bagasse produced by mincing the sugar cane powers a steam burner and two turbo-generators that yield 4000KWA of electrical power. Another portion of the bagasse is recycled into paper and cardboard boxes. Yet another part, after thermo-chemical processing in a hydroliser, becomes tasty animal food, rich in carbohydrates, used to feed 3000 heads of cattle.
Any excess of the hydrolised bagasse, is sold on the market. Lastly, the liquid processing by-products are used to produce an excellent fertiliser. The Santa Elisa ranch, pertaining to Ypióca Group, currently runs a cattle-fattening program. The Boticário, another ranch, produces edibles such as wheat, rice, beans, manioc flour, meat and fish. The combined production of both ranches provides meals for the factories’ workers. Both good care of personnel and respect of the environment are part of the company’s philosophy.
